How I got here
I graduated from the Kharkiv National Aerospace University (KhAI) as an aerospace engineer — and spent the first few years of my career managing an aviation production workshop. Fifty people. Five-axis ultra-precision CNC machining centers. Shift planning, quality control, output targets. Engineering management at its most literal.
In my spare time, I built a website for the aviation company. That project changed everything. I got hooked on how digital systems work — how traffic flows, how pages rank, how people convert. In 2012, I made a deliberate switch into web marketing and never looked back.
Twelve years later: 350+ projects across B2B manufacturing, e-commerce, services, and real estate. A marketing diploma from the European Marketing Confederation via NIMA, Netherlands. Google Premier Partner status. And a genuine obsession with making the numbers in a client's CRM move, not just the numbers in an ad dashboard.
What the aerospace background gave me that most marketers don't have: systems thinking. Every campaign is an engineering problem. You define the inputs, you define the measurement, you iterate until the output matches the spec. The spec is always revenue — not clicks.

How I actually work with clients
01
No account manager layer
You talk to me directly — the person actually running your campaigns. No relay through someone who didn't build the strategy.
02
Full account ownership, always
Your ad accounts, your data, your access. If we stop working together, you leave with everything intact.
03
KPIs in the contract
We agree on the metric that matters — CPL, ROAS, pipeline — before the contract is signed, not after.
04
Weekly reporting in plain language
Not a screenshot of the Ads dashboard. A human-readable summary: spend, leads, quality, cost per sale, next actions.
05
I push back when needed
If a strategy idea won't work, I say so — with reasoning. Agreement isn't useful; honest analysis is.
06
No lock-in
30-day notice period. That's it. If results aren't there, I'd rather end cleanly than hold a client who's not happy.
