1. Services
Stanislav Pirogov provides digital marketing consulting services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, SEO, and analytics. Specific scope, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in individual project agreements.
2. Free audit
The free audit is a non-binding service provided at my discretion. Completing the audit form does not create a contractual obligation for either party. I reserve the right to decline an audit request.
3. Account access
When managing ad accounts, clients grant access via Google Ads / Meta Business Manager with clearly scoped permissions. All client accounts remain the property of the client. Access is revoked upon project completion or termination.
4. Results and guarantees
Advertising results depend on market conditions, budget, landing page quality, and other factors outside my control. While I work toward agreed KPIs, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Any guarantees mentioned on this site refer to process commitments (transparency, account ownership, reporting quality), not financial results.
5. Confidentiality
I treat all client business information as confidential. Case studies published on this site use aggregated metrics and are shared with explicit client consent.
6. Intellectual property
Ad copy, strategy documents, and other work product created during an engagement become the client's property upon full payment. This website's design and content remain the property of Stanislav Pirogov.
7. Limitation of liability
My liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from advertising activities.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sibiu County, Romania.
